So I went to Camp Good News last week, and it was the closest thing to heaven on earth to me. My counselors were amazing and I cried when I had to leave. Well, I left twice. I did wilderness extreme which is when you go canoeing on the Sacco river in Maine. Well, it rained a lot so we left on Wednesday instead of Friday because the river go too dangerous. Anyways on Thursday we were in the dinning hall playing a game, and this other camper saw this baseball bat. It was actually the thing you use to beat out rugs so it was twice the size of a regular bat, and he hit me in the head with it. I got really dizzy and started swaying and the counselors caught me and sat me down. I told them I didn't have a cat, (and I do) and that I have 3 sisters and 1 brother, and it's really the other way around. Eventually I went to the ER after a 1st visit at a regular doctor and they said I was fine and that it was normal to be weak on your feet and to be tired so I went back to camp. It was like 1:00 am before I got back to camp, and in the morning my counselors were very surprised to see another camper in their cabin, Miss Sarah was especially glad because the night before she was taking care of me and waking me up all the time and when I left for the ER she was crying, anyways I am fine now and everything is back to normal, although I miss camp soooooooooooooooooo much.
